SJM MLK Day Afternoon Program:Say Something, Stopping Racial Micro-aggressions

During Say Something: Stopping Racial Microaggressions (an interactive 90-minute program), the audience will view a pre-recorded scene that takes place in a virtual staff meeting wherein a number of racial microaggressions occur. The MTC cast will work with the audience to identify racial microaggressions and utilize tools to interrupt these moments in our lives. The audience will also explore systemic barriers and policies which reinforce racial biases, as well as have an opportunity to develop action plans which can promote anti-racist work in their own lives after the program has ended.
